Guys ... Gals ... What's on my mind?!
Facebook asked me but I decided to cry silently.

Let's say your brother/dad/uncle/grampa established a decent living building things.

Now we should all know by now, building things require building materials and hard labor from skilled workers in the field.  News of a new casino in your region is opening up, and being funded by a multi-millionaire.

Your brother/dad/uncle/grampa who runs the contractor business, obviously seize this opportunity by throwing a few bids out there on these newly found, greatly funded contracts that will double the business in size.

Your brother/dad/uncle/grampa who runs the contractor business, orders the materials, schedules the labor, execute the plan as flawless as possible.

The  materials and labor were purchased by a loan your brother/dad/uncle/grampa who run the contractor business, without hesitation took the loan knowing Mr. Wealthy Man will pay in full upon completion.

Mr. Wealthy Man doesn't want to admit he's broke and unable to pay, so he delays it and nitpicks on your brother/dad/uncle/grampa's quality of work.  DEMANDING FIXES before payment.

Fixes were made with additional money spent, your brother/dad/uncle/grampa who ran the contractor business, defaulted from the unpaid loans.  The bank liquidated the contractor business, and Mr. Wealthy Man somehow continues to make money from something you/brother/dad/uncle/grampa built.
